傳統的燃燒控制方式一般采用連續比例控溫。這種控溫方式在小負荷供熱控制中由于燃氣管路比較細。控制系統的響應能力很難滿足流量變化的需要,因此控溫誤差會有較大的波動。再者當燃燒負荷低于40%時。空氣過剩系數會增大,這就意味著煙氣的含氧量會提高,增大了工件的表面氧化。過剩的空氣還會帶走更多熱量,從而降低了燃燒效率,浪費了能源。為了解決這個問題,采取連續比例控溫+脈沖燃燒控溫方式進行爐溫的智能控制。這種控溫方式適合應用在有鍛造工藝溫度曲線要求的鍛造加熱爐上。
連續比例控溫方式是一種比較傳統的控溫方式,這里不作詳細介紹。脈沖燃燒控溫(wen)方(fang)式是(shi)一種(zhong)間斷燃(ran)燒(shao)的(de)方(fang)式.使用脈寬調制(zhi)的(de)方(fang)法通過調節燒(shao)嘴(zui)燃(ran)燒(shao)時(shi)(shi)間的(de)占空比實(shi)現溫(wen)度(du)控制(zhi)。采用脈沖燃(ran)燒(shao)控溫(wen)時(shi)(shi)燒(shao)嘴(zui)只會有(you)滿負荷或關閉兩種(zhong)狀態(tai)。燒(shao)嘴(zui)滿負荷時(shi)(shi)各閥門的(de)位置都是(shi)事先調節好的(de),這樣就保證(zheng)了燒(shao)嘴(zui)一直保持最(zui)佳燃(ran)燒(shao)狀態(tai)。
